Some of that article maybe a bit over the top, but nonetheless it's basically correct. It's not like the FDA wasn't already able to regulate the food safety in this country. They just haven't done a very good job of it.
If they're not doing the job correctly now, how is this massive expansion of regulatory power gonna help?
Oh, that's right. It won't help US any. But that wasn't intended anyway.
Yep, just what is so hard about leaving folks alone?
