OK, This rant may or may not be real. There is no real way of knowing as it's an anonymous posting on craigslist.

As an ER worker, I don't have a hell of a lot of trouble believing that shit like this occurs - I know it does. I see fucked up people doing fucked up shit to their kids all the time.
And people wonder why I'm such a cynical SOB.
