Like wasting all that TARP money here has done so much to help our economy. Besides, Didn't we do something like this already once before?

I guess the plan this time is to spend all this money (That we don't have) BEFORE they go to war with each other and fuck everything up. You do know that's what they tend to do over there when things get hinky economically, right?
