New Additions .....
To the Links over there on the right side.
We the Armed. A real nice Gun Forum, started by George @ Mad Ogre and some others. It's a growing place and full of knowledgeable people who are all pretty polite. Unlike a lot of forums.
Another addition to the Links is Oath Keepers. This is a fairly new organization aimed primarily at, Active and Former Military, Law Enforcement and EMS. But you don't have to be any of those. Their mission is to remind those of us who took the Oath of Enlistment just what it meant and that there's no expiration date on it.
I'm probably not stating this real well, so I'd advise you to go and check them out to see just what they are and what they ain't.
Here's the only media report I've seen on the Rally held at Lexington, Sunday.
"Oath Keepers Rally for Constitution on Lexington Green"
"A new patriotic organization called “Oath Keepers” was invited to join a Committees of Safety-sponnsored rally on Massachusetts’ historic Lexington Green to renew their oaths to support and defend the U.S. Constitution April 19, the 234th anniversary of the revolutionary war battles of Lexington and Concord. The Committees of Safety is named for the groups that organized in colonial America during the beginning of the War for Independence...."
These guys are doing important work.
OK. That's it for now.
Gratuitous Picture for this afternoon -
You know those little signs in the windows of Minivans warning of "Baby on Board"?
I'm pretty sure this isn't what they mean.
