Hmmmm. This Could Be Bad ......

Mike Vanderboegh of the Sipsey Street Irregulars has an interesting and informative post today.
Here

Global Warming just ain't happening. Just the opposite and it's effecting our food supply.

"Crops under stress as temperatures fall"
'For the second time in little over a year, it looks as though the world may be heading for a serious food crisis, thanks to our old friend "climate change". In many parts of the world recently the weather has not been too brilliant for farmers.

After a fearsomely cold winter, June brought heavy snowfall across large parts of western Canada and the northern states of the American Midwest. In Manitoba last week, it was -4ÂșC. North Dakota had its first June snow for 60 years."

He also highlights a threat to the worlds wheat production that I was unaware of.
-
"Crop scientists fear the Ug99 fungus could wipe out more than 80% of worldwide wheat crops as it spreads from eastern Africa."

None of this sounds good at all. Go read the entire thing.
You should be reading Mike everyday anyway.
